What counts as a seat?
An editor — someone composing or scheduling reports. Readers who only view or ask the report questions are free and unlimited.
What does "billed per active" mean?
On Pro and Scale, you're only charged for seats that actually edited a report in the billing period. Invite the whole team; pay for who shows up.
Is my data stored on Rahoto?
Rahoto binds to your sources and reads on a schedule. Reports cache only what they render. Enterprise adds BYOK encryption and per-org residency.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next cycle. Annual Enterprise contracts are arranged with sales.
