For people who'd rather edit than start from scratch

Draft the report. Refine. Ship.

Rahoto's AI reads your data, drafts the layout, picks the chart, writes the narrative. You review and refine. It's like working with a junior analyst that already knows your style — and never forgets your brand kit.

  • AI chart generation
  • Narrative drafting
  • Auto-critique & repair
  • Reader Q&A
  • Per-org budgets
  • Bring your own model

01

AI authoring

Tell it what you want. Get a draft you can actually use.

Rahoto's AI reads your warehouse, picks the right chart type, writes the narrative, applies your brand kit, and lands you on a draft. It catches the visual mistakes you'd normally find at the proofread stage, and fixes the safe ones without asking. You see the diff, accept or refine.

  • Chart generation

Describe the insight in plain English; the AI builds the chart from your live data — not a stock image.

  • Narrative drafting

Executive summary, key callouts, and per-section commentary. Tone and length controls.

  • Tone & audience control

Rewrite for CFO vs analyst, formal vs casual, short vs long. Same data, different framing.

  • Auto-critique

Catches color, scale, label, and overplotting mistakes before you ship.

  • Auto-repair

Common visual bugs fixed without prompting. You see the diff.

  • Insight explainer

Click any chart — get a plain-English summary of what it shows and why it matters.

02

Reader Q&A

Readers ask the report questions. It answers them.

Every published Rahoto report ships with a Q&A panel. Viewers ask plain English questions against the same live data the report was built on — "what drove the EMEA dip?", "show me last quarter for comparison" — and get an answer plus a chart. No SQL, no rebuild, no editor seat required. Governed and audited like the rest of the platform.

  • Plain-English questions

Ask the report what you'd ask an analyst. Conversational follow-ups supported.

  • Charts as answers

Inline visual responses, not just text. Drillable and share-back-to-Slack-able.

  • Always live

Answers query the current data, never a stale snapshot.

  • Travels with the report

Q&A panel works wherever the report is embedded — Slack, iframe, in-app.

  • Reader permissions respected

Each reader sees only what they were granted access to. Enforced platform-wide.

  • No new pipeline

Uses the dataset the report was built on — no separate analytics surface to maintain.

03

Governance

Bring your model. Set your budget. Keep confidential data home.

Enterprise AI is more than a model — it's cost control, data classification, and provider choice. Rahoto routes per-org: point the tasks you choose at your own model endpoint, and lock confidential data away from cloud models entirely. Budgets enforced at the org and user level. Every prompt logged for audit.

  • Bring your model

Point Rahoto at any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible endpoint — managed API, hosted, or self-hosted. Your key is encrypted with your org key, never stored in plaintext.

  • Smart routing

Route the task types you choose to your model; the rest use the platform default. PII redaction applies to every cloud call — including yours.

  • Per-org budgets

Hard cap on monthly AI spend. Tiered alerts as you approach the limit. Per-user limits within an org.

  • Data classification

Classify your data; confidential and restricted classes can be kept off cloud models entirely, and PII is redacted or pseudonymised before any call.

  • Audit trail

Every AI request logged and exportable, like every other action on the platform.

  • No training by default

Rahoto never trains on your data unless your org explicitly opts in — and withdrawing removes every contributed example, atomically.

What ships in the box

Thirty-six AI capabilities. Already in production.

Every capability below is shipped code, not roadmap. Multi-provider routing means you choose the model; multi-task design means each task uses the right one.

How it works

Five steps. From blank canvas to live Q&A.

AI doesn't replace the editor — it gets you to a starting point so you spend your time refining, not staring. The runtime keeps the report fresh; the Q&A keeps the reader engaged after delivery.

  1. 1Your dataWarehouse, semantic layer, or any of 40+ connectors

AI usage

AI is included with every seat.

Fair-use limits scale with your plan. Heavy use, custom limits, or bring-your-own-model — we'll size something that fits.

Stop staring at the blank canvas. Start refining.

Try AI on your real data in the next five minutes. Bring a CSV or connect your warehouse — the first draft lands in seconds.
