Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Rahoto (the "Service"), operated by Rahoto. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rahoto — it is a business tool, not intended for consumers or anyone under 18. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Organisations may enforce SSO; where enforced, password login is disabled.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Upload data you are not authorised to process.
- Probe, scan, or circumvent the Service's security or rate limits.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you connect and the reports you create ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing in effect. Team seats are billed per active editor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next billing cycle.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your reports for a reasonable period before deletion.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
